Focusing
on academic studies can be difficult, especially for younger
students or when there are distracting sights in the vicinity.
This add-on workstation-style design allows you to set up
multi user study carrels or computer workstations featuring
side panels to help prevent distracting conversations and
prying eyes. Each of the carrels have a work surface set
at 29"h and a keyboard tray set at 25"h that's large enough
to accommodate a standard keyboard and mousing application.
These privacy panel carrels are constructed with panels
made of 5/8" thick particle board laminated with a wooden
appearance. Each unit can be easily attached. Base unit
includes the work surface and keyboard tray with two side
panels and back panel. It can be ordered separately, however,
if your intent is to set up a row of these, also order as
many add-on units as you need. Each add-on includes the
work surface and keyboard tray, a back panel but only one
side panel. That's because, once attached, two study carrels
will share one common side panel. An economic desk arrangement.
