The arm itself is 30" long.
With the pivot and mounting brackets, the total length
is approximately 35-1/2"L. Your monitor adds additional
depth.
Physicians, dentists,
hospital, laboratory, media and other professional
settings appreciate the placement and screen viewing
flexibility this impressive arm provides. The large,
all-steel, stirrup-shaped handle is easily accessed and
gripped for pivoting or tilting the arm.
At the steel wall plate
(which measures 8-1/2"h x 3-1/2"w) this VESA arm can
tilt 45° up or 45° down. That means people of different
heights can all access the monitor's information or it
can be set to accommodate workers who are sitting down
or those who are standing.
At the tip of the arm, a
pivot bracket connects. That pivot bracket is then
connected to a mounted plate with four screw holes for
attachment to the LCD itself. The pivot bracket allows a
180° (90° left and 90° right) monitor rotation, as shown
in photo at the top of the page.
That's not all though. Users
also benefit with an additional tilt capability of 45°
up and 45° down at the monitor's VESA mounting plate.
Shown at left, an 8-1/2"h x
3-1/2"w wall mounting plate secures this professional
arm. A wide range of either tilt or pivot capability is
built-in at three points: The wall mount at one
end and, on the other end, at the pivot bracket, and at
monitor mounting.
