The wood tabletop and stacking
steel modules are designed
with coordinating "bumps
and dimples" to nest onto
each other attractively.
The first level riser supports
one or more sorting modules
and keeps your work surface
open for other work and
equipment.
The 25 slot steel sorter
module that nests on the
riser's top surface is designed
with plastic shelves providing
finger cut-outs for easier
access of stacked papers,
plus a label holder for
noting names on each shelf.
You can adjust these shelves
in 7/8" increments. If you
decide that a narrow clearance
for each slot is all that's
necessary, but that a few
more shelves would be helpful,
you can order optional mail
shelves which are available
five per carton.
On the other hand, if you
don't yet have a need for
25 filing slots, you can
remove some of the adjustable
mail slot shelves and configure
the sizes of your mail box
slots to meet your particular
requirements.
In addition to merely narrowing
the height of your slots
and adding additional shelves,
there's another way of expanding
the filing systems capability
of this station. Whether
now or at a later date,
you have the option of ordering
a complete additional sorter
module with its standard
25 mail slots. It is not
recommended that you expand
higher than three (including
the riser). There's no danger
of having items fall out
the rear of these module
shelves, because of the
steel backing that slides
onto the rear of these units.
