This asymmetrical luminaire
includes a 50 watt/12 V halogen bulb. Halogen's are often considered the
choice lighting when precise light focus or higher light quality is
required. These types of lamps are slightly more energy efficient than
incandescent light bulbs. The asymmetrical desk lighting of these stylish lamps
provide
direct light
sideways across the desk's work surface, eliminating shade, while also
allowing positioning that keeps the light on the work surface rather than on
the computer screen.
