This whiteboard conference room furniture, with optional accessories convenient for executive presentations, make an ideal communication tool for meetings and presentations. Be ready for the next presentation, in moments notice, with a wall mounted display cabinet. Closed—it provides privacy for data and information as well as offering an attractive addition to your room décor. Open the double doors and you will discover a porcelain steel marker board surface made of LCS-ll low-gloss material. This allows your board to double as a dry erase writing board and a projection surface, and also means the writing surface accepts magnetic accessories. The interior side of the two opened doors provide tackboards with a muted quartz color designer fabric. Display rails with cork inserts and spring clip hooks, for tracking or hanging charts, are included at the top of both tackboards. The cabinets featured are available in rich cherry or maple hardwoods, in a choice of two sizes: 4' h x 4' w and 4' h x 6' w; both are 3.75"d. Wood conference cabinet provides privacy when needed. Prepare your notes ahead and close the cabinet doors until your meeting starts. Then, when your conference runs overtime and important thoughts have been communicated, displayed or written but have not yet been completed—this unit closes up and keeps information private for future meetings and reference. If desired, an optional lock and key can be incorporated into the construction as a special order item.

This modern whiteboard conference room furniture is constructed of fine hardwoods. We feature popular cherry and maple that is finished to provide professional display cabinets with an elegant look and extreme durability. The maple has a clear natural lacquer finish; the cherry a rich stain. Edges of these contemporary units have radius corners.

This unit comes with many executive whiteboard accessories. Included with your order is one white sketch pad (with 50 sheets of paper), four assorted LCS markers and an eraser for the dry erase board. A secure and easy installation of this model is made possible with the included concealed Z-bar hangers.

The interior of the two doors provide a fabric tackboard including a display rail with a cork insert. The standard, stocked bulletin board fabric color is Quartz #1691 in the Designer Series.

Whiteboard conference cabinet has multiple customizing options for displaying and communicating important information. A customizing example might be: LCS ll board inside in lieu of bulletin boards on the reverse side of the doors. Another choice might be a change of the standard fabric color on the inside doors. Tackboards in Quartz color fabric come standard in the stock models, but there are eleven other Designer Fabric colors available.

All surfaces and cabinetry are available in a variety of materials and finishes to complement any room environment. Changes to stock cabinets are considered custom orders. Please contact our customer service department with any questions or for assistance with your order.

These cabinets have a built in projection board surface but there are times when you may need additional clarity when projecting your detailed images. We offer an optional Matte White pull down screen especially designed to fit inside these cabinets. Two sizes are available: 40"h x 60"w or  60"h x 60"w. Attaching this screen is an easy process: Remove the facia at head of the whiteboard conference room cabinet by taking out the truss head screws. Install the pull down projection screen in the screen brackets already installed at each end, inside the housing. Replace the facia. It is as simple as 1-2-3.

Wood conference cabinets available on our pricing chart are either described with its wood being finished with stained Cherry or Maple with a natural lacquer. Complete with the white marker surface and Quartz bulletin board fabric, these products are featured models and are in stock and available to ship within three business days of order receipt. The Oak with Natural and Oak with Medium Lacquer finishes, as well as Mahogany Stain can also ship in the three day time frame. Custom wood finishes, Dark Oak and Walnut finish are non-stock and can usually ship within four to six weeks of order receipt.
